What is the best way to place an order?

​Because we both work full-time jobs, the best way to contact us is through e-mail at happydayssigns@gmail.com or text us at 414-301-1626 or click on the forms tab and fill and out the form.  We will return your call within 24 hours.

How far in advance should I reserve the lawn rental signs?

Happy Days SIGNS OF CELEBRATIONS will strive to deliver within 24 hours, but we recommend you reserve your sign up to two weeks in advance to ensure availability.  If this is a new baby stork announcement rental, please give the expected due date and notify us when the baby arrives so we can set up a delivery date.

What is your delivery area?

Happy Days SIGNS OF CELEBRATIONS proudly serves New Berlin and surrounding areas of Waukesha, Muskego, Brookfield, Elm Grove, Greendale, Greenfield, West Allis, Hales Corners, Franklin, Bayview, Milwaukee, St. Francis, Cudahy and Oak Creek.  We service within 15 miles of New Berlin.  Delivery, setup and removal are included in the price.

What time and days do you deliver?

We deliver 7 days a week.  We will deliver between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. the day before the event and will pick up 24 hours later between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. except for the 7 day stork rental which will be picked up 7 days later between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

How tall are the signs?

The stork yard sign is 6 feet tall

The cupcake yard sign is 4 feet tall.

Does someone need to be home when the sign is delivered?

There is no need for someone to be at home when your sign is set up or removed.  If you would like your yard sign set up in a specific location,  please let us know when you place the order, otherwise we will use our best judgment.

What if I want to move the sign?

Please do not move the sign.  Please contact us 24 hours in advance at 414-301-1626 to assist you.

​

Can I attach or hang anything from the sign?

You cannot attach or hang anything to the sign.  When a balloon pops the sun bakes the latex into the sign causing permanent damage.

Can I mow and water my lawn?

Please use extreme caution when mowing or weed eating near the sign as damage can occur if any contact is made with the sign.  Watering is fine; our signs are sealed to protect them from water.

​

Where do you leave the keepsake after the rental period?

The personalized keepsake bundle will be by the front door.  We do not ring the doorbell or knock in case mom and baby are resting.  If you would like the keepsake left in a different place, please let us know at the time you place the order.

What method of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards.  We do require payment at time of reservation. Once you have made your reservation, you will be sent an invoice by e-mail.  The invoice will have a secured link you can click on and make your payment. Once your payment is received, your reservation is secured. Payment must be received prior to your reserved date.

​

What is your REFUND POLICY?

All lawn rentals must be paid in advance with a Credit Card.

​

You WILL receive a full refund for following:

​

  •   You need to cancel your lawn rental at least 24 hours in advance.

     

  •   Weather.  We will not deliver during hazardous conditions, that is, if               blizzard, tornado or high winds are predicted.  If roads are closed  due to    snow, we won't deliver right away.  If we are unable to deliver due to the

         weather, we will attempt to reschedule.  If you do not want to

         reschedule, a full refund will be issued.

​

You will NOT receive a refund if any of the following applies:

  •   The homeowner stops us from setting up the delivery.

​

  •   The homeowner calls us and asks us to remove the display.

​

  •    You give us less than 24 hours notice to cancel your order.

​

  •    You have given us the wrong address or date.

     

  •     A dog or other animal is loose and poses a threat

     

  •     A lack of grassy/gravel area to stake in the sign.

​

  •     Or any other reason we cannot set up the display that is beyond our

            control.

​

  •     If you gift a rental as a  surprise, please let someone in the household          know that we will be on the property at that time if at all possible.

​​

What happens if the sign gets damaged or stolen?

Our signs are sturdy and long lasting and are designed to withstand all types of weather.  However if you do notice any damage to the sign or theft occurs, please contact/text us immediately at 414-301-1626.

​

  •   NOTE:  You will be held liable for any sign damage or lawn display

         disappearing during the scheduled rental time.

​

  •   Please do not attach anything to the sign, including balloons.  If

         a balloon pops, the sun would melt the latex onto the sign and

         this would cause permanent damage to the sign.

​

  •   When mowing your yard during the rental period please be careful

         not to trim too close to the base of the sign and be careful when

         using a blower around the sign as it could cause damage.

​

  •   For the safety of your children, please do not allow them to play on or

         near the sign.  Our signs are not designed to endure children or anyone

         climbing on them.

​

NOTICE

Happy Days SIGNS OF CELEBRATIONS is not responsible for any injury due to children playing on our yard signs.  We appreciate you taking good care of our signs while they are in your yard.
